The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This Agreement grants you the following rights: " Install and use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer system at a time, " Make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup or archival purpose.
2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties. You may not sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. TERMINATION. JGUI may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
4. NO WARRANTY. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided on "as is" basis without any warranties or conditions whatsoever. JGUI does not warrant that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will meet your requirements. JGUI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all accompanying written materials.
5. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
